May Day Memories

   When I was a kid, my sister and I used to make May Day baskets and fill them with spring flowers. We’d run all over the neighborhood and leave a basket at a house to brighten some lucky person’s day. Since many of us are still under the Covid-19 lockdown, I wanted to share some pictures from our vacation a few years back. (Hope they will brighten your day.) These were taken at The International Rose Test Garden in Portland. If I could splurge on a rose garden, it would look like this one!
